By accessing this website (https://rvtools-management.com) or engaging the training, education, support, or custom services provided by Lewis & Lindquist RVtools ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Independent Service Provider Notice

Lewis & Lindquist RVtools is an independent education and technical consulting provider. The Company is not an authorized distributor, developer, or official affiliate of the RVTools software (authored by Rob de Veij), VMware, Inc., or Broadcom Inc. Any technical discussions, lab guides, or references to third-party tools are provided under fair use for educational purposes only.

3. Training and Educational Scope

Our instructional services are designed to transfer operational knowledge regarding environment auditing, inventory analysis, and system hygiene. Completion of any training session or workshop does not confer an official vendor certification or guarantee specific system performance outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All training documentation, course guides, and curriculum outlines produced by Lewis & Lindquist RVtools remain our proprietary intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use instructional materials solely for internal organizational education.

5. Invoicing, Quotes, and Cancellations

All service engagements are subject to a written proposal or statement of work (SOW) detailing scope, schedule, and pricing. Cancellation or rescheduling of booked training sessions must be communicated at least ten (10) business days prior to the agreed commencement date to avoid rescheduling administrative fees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The information on this website and within our educational sessions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lewis & Lindquist RVtools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the implementation of audit findings, automated scripts, or administrative adjustments made by client personnel in their own environments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
